Slane – Triple cask

The Slane Distillery is located in the village of Slane in the heart of the River Boyne Valley, which was once the heartland of Irish whiskey distillation. The distillery is built in the former stables of Slane Castle, which are over 230 years old.
This Irish whiskey, Slane Triple Casked, is a blended whiskey made from liquids from three different types of casks: American virgin oak casks, Bourbon and Tennessee whiskey casks, and Sherry casks. The first two come from Kentucky, while the Sherry casks come from Spain.
