Color: beer with an intense pink color obtained through the addition of real fruit.
Nose: lovely raspberry aromas.
Mouth: The fruity aspect is punctuated by tangy notes, and the bourbon vanilla adds a subtle touch of sweetness. It's light and fruity, with very little sugar.
Final: tangy and sharp.
Made from barley malts and wheat flakes.
Fermented for about ten days with raspberries and bourbon vanilla.
The tangy side pairs very well with oysters, foie gras or creamy cheeses such as Brillat Savarin.
