JM XO rum has aged for 6 years in ex-bourbon oak barrels in the cellars of Habitation Bellevue. It has been reduced to 45% ABV with spring water from Macouba; water is an important component in the creation of a JM rum, which is unique in that it uses natural spring water sourced directly from Mount Pelée.
