NEZ: Fruit\u00e9 et tr\u00e8s riche. Il s\u2019ouvre sur la fleur d\u2019oranger et des fruits confits, abricot et ananas en t\u00eate. A l\u2019a\u00e9ration, la ch\u00e2taigne et la p\u00e2te de coing compl\u00e8tent ce tableau.<\/span><\/p>\n

BOUCHE: Gourmande et tr\u00e8s \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e de l\u2019acide \u00e0 la fra\u00eecheur pour grandir sur une tr\u00e8s grande douceur et des ar\u00f4me<\/span> empyreumatiques. Il \u00e9volue comme une salade de fruits : p\u00eache, litchi, fruit de la passion, avec en milieu de bouche amande, muscade et ch\u00e2taigne, le tout enrob\u00e9 de miel.<\/span><\/p>\n

FINALE: Tr\u00e8s longue, sur la p\u00e2te de coing, le zeste d\u2019orange, le poivre, le cacao et un rancio r\u00e9gliss\u00e9 tr\u00e8s persistant.<\/span><\/p>\n

PRODUCTION :<\/strong>R\u00e9sultat de l\u2019assemblage du mo\u00fbt de raisin frais juste vendang\u00e9 et mut\u00e9 au cognac jeune. Ce lot vendang\u00e9 en 1995\u00a0 est alors log\u00e9 dans des f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane une fois la mutation r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, pour \u00eatre alors soigneusement vieilli. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 log\u00e9 fin 1995 et mis en bouteille au premier semestre de 2025 ce qui le porte \u00e0 30 d’Age. C’est un pineau tr\u00e8s rare et exceptionnel !<\/span><\/p>\n
