Eric Bordelet poss\u00e8de en plus de ces pommiers, un verger de poiriers multi-centenaires qu\u2019il conduit l\u00e0 aussi en agriculture biologique. Cette cuv\u00e9e de \u00ab Poir\u00e9 l\u2019Authentique \u00bb est issue d\u2019un assemblage de 14 vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de poires (Plant de Blanc – Autricotin – De Cloche \u2013 Champagne\u2026). L\u2019\u00e9laboration se fait de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que pour les cidres, \u00e0 partir d\u2019une fermentation naturelle ancestrale sans chaptalisation.<\/p>\n

Le domaine d’Eric Bordelet, se situe en Normandie m\u00e9ridionale, sur le massif Armoricain dans le prolongement du Domfrontais aux confins de la Mayenne et de l’Orne.<\/p>\n
